Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

• If Shipping address is outside our delivery zone.
• Failure in order confirmation process, if any
• Delivery failure because of conditions prevalent like, traffic, restrictions, etc.
• Unavailability of items ordered by you..

Return of purchased items.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Returns only applicable to specified products.
• A return request must be raised within 3 days of receipt of product.
• We will get the return item(s) picked up from your shipping address depending upon availability of logistic facility.
• All returned item(s) should be unwashed, unused and undamaged condition with original tag attached as sent.
• Returned items will be checked at our end and only after we find them meeting all conditions, we will accept them for return. Unaccepted returned items will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

Reasons for Returns:

• Wrong Product – Not ordered by you.
• Different Color or size. Minor variation of shade normal.
• Any Manufacturing defect.
• You received a damaged item. Don’t accept the package if it is tempered.

Refund process for returned items:

Refund will be initiated within 2 days of cancellation of order or the receipt of returned product in satisfactory condition. It may take 4-7 days to reflect in your account. If you wish to wish to shop with us for the refunded amount, we will make it available in your wallet within 2 days.
